Visiting this website

When you visit, your browser transmits technical details — IP address, time, page requested, browser type. We use them to operate and secure the site and delete them after seven days at the latest. They are not combined with any other data.

Contacting us

If you write to us, we store your message and contact details in order to deal with the matter and answer follow-up questions. We do not pass this on without your consent and delete it once the matter is closed and no retention obligation applies.

Sending on behalf of clients

We send messages to our clients' recipients on their behalf. The respective client remains the controller of that data; we process it on instruction as a processor. We do not use it for our own purposes and do not pass it to third parties.

Delivery and click data

To operate the service we measure whether a message was delivered, whether it was rejected and whether links in it were opened. This serves delivery quality and billing towards the client. You may object to the measurement at any time; unsubscribing ends it in any case.

Unsubscribe and suppression list

When you unsubscribe, we store your address on a suppression list. That is not a contradiction of deletion but its precondition: it is the only way we can make sure you receive nothing further from us. The suppression list is used for that purpose alone.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and embeds no third-party analytics. No fonts, scripts or tracking pixels are loaded from external servers.

Disclosure

Data is not passed to third parties, except to technical service providers required for operation (data centre, network) — contractually bound and strictly on instruction.
